Gleberry Support was established in April 2013 (previously
known as Prestige Care 247) with the main aim to offer person
centred care in the community. Over the years we have added
and changed our service to meet the needs and requirements of
our service users. We work on the basis that our staff team and
service users are equally important. We continually invest in our
services and adapt to the ever changing needs of our sector.

Personal Alarms


In 2023 we introduced our Gleberry Support personal alarm service.

Your personal alarm will be linked directly to your on-call manager which you receive
regular support from.  The device is designed to maintain your privacy and is there for
when you need urgent support. The personal alarm works in your home and out in the
community.


If you press the button on the panic alarm, it will call the on-call mobile. If they do not
answer, it will then call two further managers at Gleberry Support. During this time, all
managers will receive a text message to say who has pressed the button and where you
are via Google Maps, using GPS. 


You will then be able to explain to the manager what is wrong. If we do not receive a
response we will send a member of staff to your location as soon as possible.  Please
note you will be charged our hourly rate as per the standard Gleberry Support terms
and conditions if we need to come out to your property.

Assessment?


We do not charge for completing
assessments. An assessment will
normally last 30-60 minutes & will
be completed by a manager.

Oncall


We offer an on call service
between the hours of 6am - 11pm
Monday to Sunday and 24 hours a
day for clients accessing our 24
hour packages.

We only accept a
minimum visit
length of 1 hour.

Payment Terms

Our payment terms are 7 days, from the date of the
invoice, for weekly invoices or monthly if paid via
Direct Debit.


We would appreciate it if anyone with overdue
invoices bring their accounts up to date by these
dates

If you would like to pay us by direct debit, please let
us know and we will send you the necessary
information.

Direct debits are taken 7 days after the invoice date.
